I developed a customized courses and training platform designed to transfer the client's business mindset to their employees and customers. The solution was conceived as an internal training tool with an experience similar to a video streaming service, featuring a content manager that allowed control over who could view each material. Additionally, the platform included cognitive barriers to prevent skipping videos, ensuring that the content was consumed in an orderly and effective manner.
I conceptualized a robust backoffice system that managed the entire operational flow of the company, from client registrations to the creation and management of investment funds. The system was designed to handle settlement dates, monthly yield calculations with specific deadlines, and comprehensive management of employees and their contracts. One of the most advanced features included the ability to perform early settlements and integrate banking processes directly into the platform, significantly improving operational efficiency.
I developed an institutional website with a futuristic design, incorporating elements of cognitive psychology to optimize the user experience and create pathways that intuitively guide visitors' actions. This project was crucial in surpassing engagement and conversion goals, helping the company achieve its OKRs with ease.
I developed an application for a financial distributor, focusing on strict regulatory compliance and meeting the requirements of financial authorities. The project involved creating an intuitive user experience, gamifying the extensive registration process with 28 mandatory fields to make it more accessible and less frustrating for users. Every detail was carefully designed to maintain a balance between usability and legal compliance.
I developed a dynamic management BI platform that allowed the sales team to view real-time results across different hierarchical levels: general, by team, and by individual salesperson. The tool included a gamified ranking displayed in real-time on workplace screens, motivating the team with performance comparisons and providing a clear and competitive view of the company's success metrics.
The initial study focused on the development of "Cute Cute Girls," an idle game featuring anime characters, aimed at the growing otaku market. Although the project was primarily design-focused and was not completed due to a lack of programmers, it provided valuable insights into the mobile gaming market and the behavior of the otaku audience.
